I've been working in the artistic end of the science and entertainment industries for more than 20 years. My illustration and animation work has been used extensively by National Geographic and a series of other publishers like McGraw-Hill, Harcourt Books and others. I've been working in the game industry for 15 years including working on the computer game, Myst and more than 20 other video games (Primarily with Westwood Studios) as a digital artist, art director and computer graphics supervisor.
The mid to late 1990s I began contracting out my services to Threshold Entertainment and Netter Digital, working as a digital matte painter and animator for shows like Babylon 5, Mortal Kombat Krusades and recently the Mission Space Ride at Disney. I'm currently illustrating, art directing and co-authoring “Visualizing Physical Geology,” an undergraduate textbook published by McGraw-Hill.
